The villa benefits from two living areas for guests requiring there own space and privacy. The villa has a Downstairs Living / Dining room, kitchen, bedroom, shower/ toilet. Upstairs has living / dining room, glazed naya affording beautiful views, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower / toilets, one with bath. Situated only minutes from Calpe and its beautiful beaches, and only a short drive away from the resorts of Altea, Moraira and Javea. If you fancy something more energetic and exiting, the bustling resort of Benidorm is 25 minutes away by car, and can also be reached by train. The train runs every hour from Calpe to Alicante and Denia. Alicante is well worth a visit for its fantastic shops and spectacular sea front.
Terra Mitica is a fantastic theme park situated just outside Benidorm that can be easily found just off the motorway. This is only a 25 minute drive from the Villa.
