Set in a residential area of Calpe this impressive five bedroom detached property is set in itīs own beautiful gardens. The main town of Calpe is within a short drive from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. The accommodation comprises of two levels which are linked by an external staircase. Outside the villa is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with patio furnitures, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ area with a toilet with shower. This lounge leads onto a balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the pool, the garden, the sea and the Peņon. There is also a seperate kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The villa is set within floodlit gardens of over 1,000 sq metres. The property itself has over 160 sq metres of living area and there is a 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool. A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
