Two further Double bedrooms and one further well appointed bathroom. The large kitchen contains an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and ample cupboard space. It is fully equipped for 6 persons to live in stylish comfort. The spacious and well furnished lounge and dining room lead out onto a covered naya where you find further al-fresco dining. Terraces and gardens overlooking the mountains and coast. Widescreen Sat. television with UK free to view channels, DVD and video are provided. Broadband Internet plus Wi-Fi suitable for Laptop and computer provided with browsing and email. 3 burner gas BarBQ provided Private 12x5 Pool for the exclusive use of the two apartments. Pool set in Child safe gated and locable enclosure. Local activities include Golf, Water sports, Tennis, Rambling, Fishing, Horse Riding. The theme park of Terra Mitica is a fantastic theme park situated at Finestrat just outside Benidorm is only a 25 minute drive. The villa is just minutes from Calpe and its beautiful beaches and lively town, and only a short drive away from the resorts of Altea, Moraira and Javea. The bustling resort of Benidorm with its famous nightlife is 25 minutes away by car, and can also be reached by train. The train runs every hour from Calpe to Alicante and Denia. Welcome pack provided We regret no smoking or pets. TERMS 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. There is a £100 deposit by cheque against damage and loss of keys, refundable on return of keys provided that no breakages have been reported. Occupation is from 1600 on the day of arrival to 1030 on the day of departure.
