This beautiful villa sleeps 8, has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living area and heated swimming pool Casa Lechuzas is finished to the highest standard and is situated in a quiet residential area, in an elevated position, 1.5Km from the sea. The villa sleeps up to 8 people with each of the 4 bedrooms having air conditioning and televisions. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living areas. The living area leads on to a covered terrace, which is adjacent to the south-facing pool terrace and large (11m x 4m) swimming pool, with a sea view. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom, with a queen size bed and en-suite and 2 twin-bedded rooms, next to the family shower room. The third bedroom, which is upstairs , has an en-suite shower room. For winter lets there is central heating throughout the villa. The prices per week are inclusive of air-conditioning in the summer months and central heating in the winter months. The villa is south-facing for all day sun The gardens surrounding the villa are beautifully landscaped and there is a spacious terrace around the large swimming pool. Excellent location between Moraira & Calpe Casa Lechuzas is located between the popular and stylish town of Moraira (approximately 7Kms) with it's beautiful marina and many bars and restaurants and the larger bustling town of Calpe (approximately 3Kms) that offers a wide range of amenities for everyone. There is a small sandy beach approximately 1.5Kms from the villa as well as a a number of local restaurants and shops only a short drive away and a bar/restaurant a 3 minute walk away.
