The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. It is less than a 10 minutes drive into the town which boasts two blue flag beaches, numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Venture further afield and just a 20 minutes drive will take you into the Jalon Valley for a taste of 'real Spain' offering finca style restaurants, stunning scenery and wine tasting bodegas.
The villa is light and airy has 4 berdroom, 3 bathrooms, private pool and two terraces.
One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor and has it's own shower en-suite. There are no steps in the downstairs living and pool area therefore benifitting guests with limited mobility.
The poolside terrace has delightful views both day and night making those al fresco days and balmy nights a real pleasure.
